Ludlow Hockey Association opens 2026-27 Jr. Lions registration as Ludlow Baseball Association seeks volunteers.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Ludlow Hockey Association has opened registration for its 2026/27 Jr. Lions teams. Novice Learn to Play (U6) registration is now open, and the association says limited openings remain in Mite U8 (A, B, C), Squirt U10 (A, B, C), Peewee U12 (A, B) and Girls Hockey (U8-U10 and U19) divisions. The association says it is considering part-time players for some age groups; interested families are asked to email ludlowhockey@gmail.com with the player's name, date of birth, prior 2025/26 organization, intended 2026/27 organization, and whether they are interested in games only or practices and games as well. LHA is also accepting coaching applications for its 2026/27 staff, with questions directed to Jim Goodreau.

The Ludlow Baseball Association's website is highlighting two 2025 champion teams: the WMass Suburban Junior Champions, whose pictured members include Colton Rourke, Logan Kumeiga, Jack Germain, Andrew Topham, Grayson Higgins, Kole Wojcik, Mike Gianni, Dylan Marshall, Cooper Burek and Elijah Gallup; and the JLS Koufax champions, listing Cayden Burns, Nick DelNegro, Joey Toomey, Kellan Steigmeyer, Parker Stevenson, Mason Bartolucci, Rhett Ribeiro, Jake Tatro, Mason Shute, Jovani Acevedo, Mason Hartbarger, Jacoby Voyik, Xzevio Rivera, Blake Stevenson and Caden ("BB"). The association is asking for parent volunteers to help with events, with interested residents directed to email ludlowbaseball@gmail.com. LBA also notes a team and individual photo package is available through Memories in a Flash Photography by Cat Kordek, that gear can be ordered through its SquadLocker store, and that it recently held an "LBA Night" event at a Springfield Thunderbirds game.
