Agawam Soccer Association's fall season kicked off over the weekend, and the club unveiled its 9th annual golf tournament fundraiser.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Agawam Soccer Association's Fall InTown Soccer and travel programs opened play the weekend of September 12 and 13, as the club had previously scheduled. In a September 10 post, the association announced its 9th Annual Golf Tournament will return October 17, with details on registering or sponsoring posted in the news section of the ASA website.

The club also posted new detail on its coach-education initiative, sharing training schedules for three squads: U9 Boys (coach Jeff Heinze), U13 Boys (coach Jay Hanscom) and U13 Girls (coach Brian Regnier). According to the club, the sessions serve as "an open invitation for coaches seeking mentorship or fresh training ideas to observe and collaborate in a live environment," with interested coaches asked to contact the respective lead coach in advance to arrange a visit.
