The License Commission cancelled two licenses and approved four petitions.
License Commission · Meeting of January 14, 2026
SPRINGFIELD — The License Commission cancelled two licenses and approved four petitions. Commissioners cancelled Little Brucey LLC (Noir) at 84-90 Worthington Street and Evanshire Inc. (Panache Banquet Hall) at 827 State Street after no one appeared for either; the commission's attorney said it was probably the third time Noir had been on the agenda. Commissioners approved the Top Shelf-to-Skin name change at 240 Chestnut Street and Steven Din as manager, plus car dealer licenses for Fast Service Auto on Boston Road and Misfit Autos on State Street.
The commission took no action on an Oct. 18, 2025 gun incident outside The Zone and found no violation in a complaint against Fast Lane Auto Sales and Service.
